After earning the appreciation for classic barbecue in Nashville Tennessee, Searles brought his

Southern style flavor to Ballston Spa, NY where he opened up J Bobs Tennessee BBQ.

The delicious homemade barbecue quickly gained fans and became well known for it's

"honest no frills barbecue" with the unforgettable taste.
